1206 Z axis in position

This error suggests the Z axis is out of position when an index table move is requested. Monitor the Z axis static lag display on the control. If this is excessive there is likely to be a fault on the Servo Output board. Exchange the two S.O. boards to test. If the excessive lag transfers to the X axis the fault lies with the original board. One likely cause is Pot 19 on the board - check this with a meter - it can be replaced with a 10k ohm resistor.
